Hi! I’m Rachel, a health coach with a master’s in nutrition. I’ve created a virtual and safe space where I work with clients and address their nutritional needs, improve their health, and give them all of the support needed to make lasting lifestyle changes.
Your body allows you to
experience life, and the better you feel, the more you can enjoy life.
Healthy living is not about dieting and counting calories. It is rooted in self love and is about choosing foods that serve you, so you can live a long and happy life.
You deserve to feel your best now and you deserve to feel your best for decades to come. I am honored to be with you on your journey to true and lasting health.
Healthy living is the best gift you can give yourself.
You are a dynamic individual and your health care should reflect that. I believe in addressing root causes, and while the focus will be on nutrition, its still important to address areas such as sleep, stress and movement, in order to achieve true health. And, while I have a holistic approach, I do believe that it is important to include your doctor in your nutritional plans, to help monitor health and adjust medications as your health improves.

Hi! I’m Rachel…
I wasn’t born into a kale loving family. I grew up on fast food and Mac and Cheese, staples of the Standard American Diet (SAD). This made me tired, sick, and addicted to unhealthy foods. Determined to feel better and break free of my terrible relationship with food, I went on a discovery of health which left me with a master’s in clinical nutrition, a coaching certificate, and 15 years of first hand experience.
This has helped us a TON with always having cruciferous veggies ready to eat. It’s so simple and I show you exactly how I do it.
Should you jump right in with both feet? Or should you make little steps until the add up to one big change? In this video I go over both approaches and what approach is best for who. I also discuss how I did it personally but combining the two approaches.
But, here’s the thing, you can really want to lose weight and still sabotage your efforts because weight loss is often times scary. It can be scary because it might make us more visible, or maybe we’re scared about saying goodbye to foods that have comforted us for so long. We might also be scared about how our friends and family will respond to us eating differently than them. The list goes on as to why we might be self-sabotaging.
So what do we do when we have these fears? We unconsciously self-sabotage and we protect ourselves from having to face these new realities. However, when we do this, it prevents us from living the life we truly want to live, and you deserve to live the life you want to live. So below I have a video to help you get out of your own way.
Calories are not the most important aspect when it comes to weight loss. That means you do not need to count calories or macros in order achieve long term weight loss. In this video I discuss how to lose weight for good, and never count calories.
This is a video of 3 quick and easy plant-based breakfasts that are great for starting your day off healthy.
if I say “food sensitivity” do you know what I am talking about? It wasn’t until my early 20’s until I started to learn about food sensitivities and what that might mean for me and how I felt day-to-day. Food sensitivities have a wide range of symptoms and they are often much more difficult to identify because symptoms can be delayed up to three days after eating the food.
Many people fear that they’re going to miss out on their favorite foods once they commit to eating better. They let this fear of missing out hold them back because they assume moving forward will lead to a life of deprivation
Did you know that there are over 80 different types of known autoimmune diseases? And, according to the National Institute of Health (NIH) there are over 24 million people living with an autoimmune disease. Scientists don’t know what causes autoimmune diseases, but they do know that it is a combination of genetic susceptibility and environmental factors.
So often we make goals that end up being nothing more than a wish. We don’t have a clear path for how to achieve our goal we end up coming up short, leaving us with a feeling of failure. This sucks, but can be changed by changing how we make our goals. This video shows you how to make goals that actually lead you to success.
