Congratulations on your little bundle of love. Welcoming a new one into your family is an amazing time, but it can also be overwhelming. Little ones turn your world upside down, and it can sometimes be hard to know what you need to do.
Are you….
Having to go dairy free, soy free?
On an elimination diet and don’t know what to eat or how to manage the restrictions?
Struggling with milk supply?
Can’t lose weight?
Losing too much weight?
A plant-based mom and want to ensure that you’re getting the nutrients you and your baby need?
An non-plant-based mom and want to make sure have adequate nutrition?
Tired, overwhelmed and wanting to feel better in your body?
“A baby nursing at a mother’s breast… is an undeniable affirmation of our rootedness in nature. ”
We often assume that because breastfeeding is natural, then it should feel natural and be easy- peasy. But, that’s simply not the case for many breastfeeding mothers.
Breastfeeding is Hard! Even under the best circumstances, which include your life being flipped upside down, your body still recovering from pregnancy and delivery, and severe sleep deprivation, breastfeeding takes a lot of work.
Then if you have a complication, such as dealing with a food sensitivity, it can make breastfeeding seem impossible.
But, if breastfeeding is important to you (which it probably is if you’re visiting this page) then I can lead you through the uncertainty and support you while you navigate this new world.
I Can…
Help you determine what foods you and your little one might have sensitivities to.
Help you figure out meals that adhere to food restrictions.
Help you ensure that you and your little one are getting the required nutrition that you both need.
Help you reconnect with your body and start feeling better.
““If we wear our nursing covers backwards like capes, then everyone can see we’re breastfeeding superheroes.””
