Feed your soul, Nourish Your Body

Change is a dynamic process and no aspect can be overlooked.

Where a lot of programs go wrong is that they only address one aspect of change. For example, they might only look at nutrition without addressing the unhealthy relationship with food and destructive behavior patterns. Or, the program might only look at the behavioral aspects without addressing the addictive nature of certain foods that can stifle success.

During coaching we will address the four areas:

  • Nutriton

  • Mindset

  • Mindfulness

  • Love Boundaries

This comprehensive approach to change will give you the tools to take control and make lasting changes once and for all.

 

What to expect…

It all starts with. an initial consultation (90 minutes) where I get a clear understanding of your current health, habits and relationship with food. Together we will develop a plan specifically for you, and you will have actionable steps to start taking immediately.

We will then meet weekly for 40 minutes (usually a video chat) and discuss success, set backs, and learn new strategies for achieving your goals. You will also have unlimited email support from me between visits.

Coaching is for 3 or 6 months and is tailored for lasting success. Change doesn’t happen overnight, and I will be there for you through the ups and downs of life and will help you develop the tools and habits needed for a lifetime of success. Click here for pricing.
