I don‘t believe in counting calories or dieting, but I do believe in the healing power of food and that everyone deserves to feel their best.

Nutrition Consultations

This is is your straightforward nutrition consultation that examines your diet, nutritional needs, and offers suggestions and tips on how to implement dietary changes. Great for people who need nutritional support but don’t struggle with implementing change and don’t need prolonged support. For nutrition consultations I often work with:

  • new and lactating mothers

  • autoimmune diseases

  • digestive issues

  • food sensitivities

  • metabolic issues

  • Increasing vitality

  • Improving immunity

Initial consultion -  $250

Follow up consultation - $125 

Coaching Packages

This is for those ready to make a change, and who need solid nutritional advice, an achievable action plan, and the support to make it happen. If you have a history of yo-yo dieting, have struggled with food addictions, or feel as though you’ll never get ahold of your eating habits, this is for you. We will partner together so you can achieve optimum health, and free you from an unhealthy relationship with food. Trust me, you can do it.

All packages include:

  • A 90 minute initial consultation

  • Weekly follow up consultations (40 minutes)

  • Unlimited email support between consultations

What to expect from coaching:

During our initial consultation we will develop a plan tailored to you. In the plan we will start by focusing on just a couple goals, and as you master them we will add new goals. This allows for behavior to become automatic, and sets you up for long term success. During our follow up consultations and regular emails, you will get the support you need to ensure success.

In order to help my clients achieve success I have created a the Four Foundations of Sustained Weight Loss. The Four Foundations are: nutrition, mindset, mindfulness, and love boundaries. These foundations set you up for lasting change by addressing you as a dynamic individual, and understanding that weight loss or improved health is more than just eating kale. It’s a shift in perspective and self-thought and learning how to manage an unhealthy food culture that promotes overconsumption of unhealthy and addictive foods. Even if you are not looking to lose weight, the Four Foundations will help you find freedom and clarity when it comes to food, allowing you to live your healthiest and happiest life.
