This is is your straightforward nutrition consultation that examines your diet, nutritional needs, and offers suggestions and tips on how to implement dietary changes. Great for people who need nutritional support but don’t struggle with implementing change and don’t need prolonged support. For nutrition consultations I often work with:

What to expect from coaching:
During our initial consultation we will develop a plan tailored to you. In the plan we will start by focusing on just a couple goals, and as you master them we will add new goals. This allows for behavior to become automatic, and sets you up for long term success. During our follow up consultations and regular emails, you will get the support you need to ensure success.
In order to help my clients achieve success I have created a the Four Foundations of Sustained Weight Loss. The Four Foundations are: nutrition, mindset, mindfulness, and love boundaries. These foundations set you up for lasting change by addressing you as a dynamic individual, and understanding that weight loss or improved health is more than just eating kale. It’s a shift in perspective and self-thought and learning how to manage an unhealthy food culture that promotes overconsumption of unhealthy and addictive foods.
