Even though I am a nutritionist and health coach, I hate diet culture. I believe the goal behind weight loss should be for you to feel YOUR best in YOUR body and live YOUR best life. Weight loss isn’t for anyone else 0r to * fit * into societal expectations. With that being said. I was tired of seeing people lose weight in unhealthy and unsustainable ways. I want to help people to lose weight in a way that will promote their over-all well being and help prevent disease as they age.

I personally hate counting calories and find that for most people it’s unsustainable. Not to mention that calories are not the biggest factor in weight loss. It’s the quality of the food and how it works hormonally in your body that matters more than calories.
You are not lacking “self-control” or “will-power.” You are not “broken” or “weak".” It doesn’t matter if you’ve struggled with weight loss before, you can still reach your goals and you deserve to feel good in your body. We live in an unhealthy food culture with unrelenting pressure to consume foods that have been designed to be addictive. If you were the problem then we wouldn’t be facing an obesity epidemic. You are not the problem and I can show you how to wade through the mess of modern culture to reach your goals.
