How we eat is how we do life. We can’t change our dietary habits without changing how we deal with stress, celebrations, and our fundamental self-beliefs. If you’ve been struggling with weight loss or making lasting dietary changes, then you need to address how you do life.

When you work with me we need to address the root issues. If you’re eating due to stress, then we need to address the source of your stress and find better tools for managing it. If you are eating to escape, then you need to build a life you don’t want to escape from.

Changing your dietary habits and facing food addictions is a big undertaking, and there is no reason to do it alone. I’ve got your back and we will work together to tailor a plan for you and your unique circumstance.

I will support you with meal plans, recipes, and continuous education so you understand the nutritional recommendations. Additionally, I will give you unwavering support as we dig into the emotional aspects of weight loss.

I have a joy-focused, nutritarian approach to weight loss and nutrition. I will help you learn how to choose foods that allow you to feel well in your body, and to gain clarity on what you truly want so you can fill every day with more joy.

How It Works

First: Summit a request for a free 20-minute consultation

Second: After we meet and we both believe it’s a good match, I will get you intake forms and we will schedule your initial consultation.

Third: We will have our initial consultation which will be 90 minutes long. We will go over your health history, goals, and biggest challenges. I will use this time to get a comprehensive understanding of where you are and where you want to go. We will then develop a plan of action tailored to you.

Fourth: After our initial consultation we will have follow-up meetings. These are 30-40 minutes long and will occur twice a month. Additionally, you will have unlimited access to me via email between meetings.

I Get It!

I wasn’t born into a kale-loving family. I grew up on fast food and Mac and Cheese, staples of the Standard American Diet (SAD). This made me tired, sick, and addicted to unhealthy foods. For years I tried to get control of my weight believing I was just lacking that elusive “self-control.” I would set these ridiculously high expectations for myself, then fail, and end up worse than I started. It sucked. Finally, I tried a new approach; one based on self-love, where I fed my soul and nourished my body. Not only did I lose weight, I ended up feeling better and having more energy that I even knew was possible. I have since kept the weight off for over 15 years, received my master’s in clinical nutrition, became a certified nutrition specialist (CNS), and a certified Nutritarian Health Coach for Dr. Fuhrman, and have helped hundreds in their weight loss journey. I am dedicated to helping people feel their best and start living a life they love.
